My name is Pascal Simon, I am the owner of Bake Austin a home bakery and baking school for adults and kids. I am an artist, a pastry chef and a mom and I love to play with colorful things and I love making stuff even more. I have been making sculpted cakes for years and I really enjoy combining my art skills with something that is edible. It is really satisfying when I pour hours of work into a project and then it is eaten within minutes. There is something really honest and true about that experience. Nothing is permanent. I teach adults and kids how to bake and cake decorate and want to inspire everyone to make their own edible creations.
