I was born and raised in the Netherlands and have a medical and arts background and over 25 years in Design and Product Development of physical products in a large variety of fields. I was co-founder and CEO of PaceBlade Technology, the company that developed and brought to market the Tablet PC that was used by NASA at the International Space Station from 2009 until 2014. With over 12 years experience in developing and marketing of gas and charcoal grills, the GRXLL is my best grill by far and STACKABLES is my master work in as a designer and brand creator and perfect for Texas!

What inspired you to make this project or participate?
1. The absolute need to make the best grill in the world.
2. Total frustration with bad quality products and the ecological disaster of the throw away economy.
3. Frustration with products that don't work/fit together functionally and the way they look.
4. Frustration with products that are a stand in the way when not used.
5. The ambition to build a great brand and company helps to brings people together.
